Burrata & Cherry Tomato Salad with Pesto



2. Assemble the salad

On a large plate:

Arrange the seasoned tomatoes.

Place the burrata in the center.

Add small dollops of pesto around and on top of the burrata.

3. Finishing touches

Add a few basil leaves.

Optional: sprinkle with toasted pine nuts.

Optional: add a light drizzle of balsamic vinegar for a touch of sweetness.

4. Serve.

Serve immediately to enjoy the contrast of fresh tomatoes and creamy burrata.

Gourmet tips:

Add a few black olives or sun-dried tomatoes to intensify the flavors.

A handful of arugula also adds a nice volume to the salad.

You can replace the pesto with pesto rosso for a more colorful version.
