Instructions
Step 1: Combine the Base Ingredients
In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Whisk until the sugar begins to dissolve.
