Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the chopped bell peppers and cook for 3–5 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Stir in the pasta sauce and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
- Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
